Vendor/Crafter Booth Agreement

Booth space is approximately 8X8—one eight foot table provided per space. You may bring in your own tables, display fixtures. An extra fee will be charged for use of electricity--$5. Please bring your own extension cords. Only one vendor per company will be allowed on a first come basis—ie; Pampered Chef, Creative Memories, etc. Set up from 8-10 Saturday a.m. (Turners/GACA will not be responsible for any loss or damage) Tear down 3-5 p.m Saturday. It is requested that vendors donate an item to be used as a doorprize (give to designated person at the door upon check-in when you set up). Please decorate your space with a Christmas theme, ie. red/green tablecovers, small Christmas decoration. Vendors are expected to comply with all terms of the agreement—no early set up, no early take-down—anyone that fails to comply will not be asked back.

Payment must be received in the mail by October 24, 2009. Any spaces available after that date must be paid with cash the day of the event. (Please call to make arrangements). No refunds will be given after October 24 if you are unable to attend. Confirmation of payment will be made via e-mail.
